Corine Anderson
ECE III - Director
Corine has worked for the ELCC for 25+ years in Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba. She is a Founder of the Manitoba Nature Summit and a Forest School Practitioner.
Sue Pridham
ECE II - Assistant Director - School Age
Sue has been working in childcare since she was 16 years old. When she moved to Canada, she worked as a nanny before returning to a child care centre setting. She has been at RACC since 2014.
Sharon Jones
ECE II - Preschool
Sharon has resided in Riverview for many years. She has worked in childcare for over 40 years and ran her own family child care program for a number of years before joining our centre in 2008.
Esther McNairnay
ECE II - Forest Nursery Director
Esther was raised in Riverview and has worked at our centre on-and-off since 2005. She holds a BA in Human Geography and is a Forest School Practitioner.
Brayden Jackson
ECE II - School Age
Brayden grew up in Riverview and has been an ECE here since 2016. Brayden is a member of MCCA's School Age Support Committee.
Alyssa MacLennan
ECE II - Preschool
Alyssa grew up in Riverview and still lives in South Osborne. She started as a CCA with the centre and returned as an ECE ll to our Preschool program in Winter 2024.
Faye Egawa
ECE II - Forest Nursery
Faye grew up in a vast, fast moving city, Tokyo, which shaped by history and seasonal traditions. She believes that connection to the land is not limited to rural spaces. This perspective guides how she learns alongside land-based and local-based educational practices in Winnipeg.

Tessa Allen
ECE II - Preschool &
Forest Nursery
Tessa lives in neighbourhood and joined us at the centre in 2018. She previously worked at the Riverview Community Centre establishing their day camp and conducting historical research on Riverview.
Brittany McGee
ECE II - Preschool
Brittany grew up in the neighbourhood and worked in childcare in South Osborne since for many years. She joined the preschool room in Fall 2024.
Katie Daman
ECE III in Training -
Forest Nursery
Katie lives in South Osborne and has been involved in many community projects, including co-founding the South Osborne Farmers' Market.
Katie began working in the Forest Nursery program in Fall 2024 and is nearing completion of their Developmental Studies degree.
